From an owner perspective, the Lock-On is a great dashboard view of where my firm is currently and tracking during any given quarter or year.  It enables me to forecast more accurately and predict income based on activity of the firm.  Furthermore, Nico provides almost instant support for any question or issue I have.  If you are a recruiter or run a recruiting firm, I think the Lock-On report is as important as any other tool you will use.  I highly recommend it.

I have been personally using the Lock-On Report for 14yrs now.  In 2008 when I started my own firm I immediately adopted it for my recruiters as well.  From a recruiters perspective, it is a great tool to help set goals and then makes sure I am sticking with them all year long.  Weekly it is a great motivator as I see not only my progress but the progress of my teammates. It creates some healthy competition within the office and keeps everyone moving forward.  For a short time, I actually tried a competing product and sorely missed the weekly reports and ease of use the Lock-On offers.  Needless to say, I quickly returned.
