I've spent a majority of my life coaching recruiters on their journeys. As a life-long entrepreneur, I began my first company at 23, developing the industry’s first dedicated recruiting metrics service, The Lock-On Report.

Since then I've helped thousands of recruiters set quantifiable goals for themselves, supporting their path and providing accountability. I've performed countless metrics analyses for my clients, but the real power is in the relationships we form.
